Beyond Earth is a place where we can forget what we we do in our lives and be at one with stars and realize what they are and how large our universe is, feel amazed by how big it is, feel astonished by its wonders, feel calm by by imaging the distance that exists, and see how you can take advantage of the knowledge that has been passed though our ancestors for generations. The basic idea of Beyond Earth is to bring it right to your homes and in to your life, as you keep discovering the stars above a lot of different transformations will shape your life in to things that you may have never imagined. Just feeling the brilliance of the stars above and understanding how they formed, and if that’s not fascinating enough, look out to the stars and take a step back to know that this was once part of the same material that the earth was a part of IYA (International Year Of Astronomy 2009). This is the year 2009, a year where we celebrate possibly the biggest event in astronomy ever, the completion of 400 years of Galileo observing through the telescope that he had. And then spawned a huge following of people who pursue it both as a hobby and as a science. Lets get together and celebrate this great year of astronomy. An appeal The problem that most of us face when observing the sky is that the light pollution and the glare that the city skies provide, we at BEYOND EARTH would like to appeal to you to help us protect our vanishing night. Help us to preserve the night sky in a way that it helps not just the astronomers but also the normal public as well , since a lot of diseases are being linked to the artificial light glare, something even as severe as cancer can be caused because the body is unable to form some light related hormones.
